“Helping sales professionals globally understand our new value-based pricing methodology and apply it in their daily sales activities was the challenge we at Siemens Healthineers faced when we turned to Excelsoft with our request to develop a web-based training. Based on our script and rough sketches, the team developed a series of short web-based training modules on the matter. Using memorable, animated visualizations following our corporate branding guidelines, complex content was transformed into an easy-to-understand form.
Specifically, we would like to point out the close interaction we developed with the Excelsoft team, where Viren, Kiran, and Gopal walked the extra mile to finish the project. The team’s flexibility allowed us to incorporate new requirements along the way and extend the project scope to include additional modules. The team also managed the translation of the WBT into three languages and delivered the training content in time. Within the first 3 months, the training was accessed by 400 learners across the globe, a number which we expect to grow five-fold within the next 6 months. Early learner feedback is positive, highlighting the presentation in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing format.
