Deliver timely, targeted student engagement.
Three kinds of message in-product announcements, email sent by a person, and email generated automatically when something happens elsewhere in the platform all kept against one person record, so an advisor opens a student and sees the whole outbound history rather than guessing at it.

One record of what was sent
An advisor searches for a student and sees their recent emails and announcements side by side, then opens the full mailbox filtered to them. Outreach history stops living in individual staff inboxes.
Audiences defined by institutional data
An announcement can be attached to an automation rule, so the recipient list is built from criteria such as GPA band, major or enrolment state and re-syncs as students move in and out of the definition.
Editing a live message disturbs nobody
Changing a published announcement creates a draft alongside it. The live version stays visible until the draft is explicitly published, and the draft can be reverted with no effect on the parent.
Opt-out is enforced at the queue
Every message queued through the platform has an unsubscribe link injected and skips recipients who have unsubscribed whoever composed it, and whatever surface it came from.
Publishing and expiry run themselves
Scheduled jobs move announcements live on their posting date and expire them past their end date, so nobody has to remember to switch a notice off.
