- Tech knowledge to update/run Flash content on their browsers.
- Created role-based course clusters on LMS
- Used template-based approach for screen designs and content presentation
- Used assessments and panel interviews in the learning model
- Shifted to Articulate as the development tool and ran courses without Flash-support
- Created screen simulations and CD packages for training
- Delivered online modules for employees to learn alongside their regular on-field job
