Teamwork is the real multiplier
One person can get things done. But progress becomes exponential when more people step in and own the outcome.
The shift is simple: From “I’m driving this” → to “We’re building this.”
That “we” happens when you:
- Set a clear outcome and non-negotiables
- Trust people with real decisions (not just tasks)
- Step in for guidance, not control
- Remove yourself as the bottleneck
And then there’s the underrated superpower: giving credit—loudly and specifically.
Not generic praise. Specific recognition of what someone did and why it mattered. When people feel seen, they don’t just contribute once—they come back more invested, more creative, and more proactive.
