We welcomed Doreswamy Palaniswamy as CEO to drive our global growth ambitions.

During the year, we secured major engagements with leading organisations in the UK and US, expanded collaborations with VTCT Skills and Civil Service Commission, and saw strong momentum in Educational Technology Services, assessment platforms, and AI-led digital learning solutions. Continued investments in AI, infrastructure, talent, and innovation have further strengthened our foundation for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
